I am an adjunct instructor at three different schools currently. I teach classes in both Sociology and Women's and Gender Studies. My teaching interests are broad and topics include: Women's Health and Reproductive Health, Women's History, Healthcare, Race, Sex, and Gender, Popular Culture, and Internet Culture. I earned a Masters of the Arts in Women's and Gender Studies with 18 hours in Sociology. I completed an internship with an online organization, BirthAction.org. They aimed to educate women about their rights and options in having an informed, safe, healthy, and natural birth. I was also active with the Women's and Gender Studies Graduate Student Organization.
